Job summary

Envitia, a UK security-focused consultancy, is hiring a Business Analyst to shape secure digital products for classified government environments. You will translate mission needs into clear outcomes, drive requirements discovery, and align delivery across Agile teams.

You’ll engage directly with customers, guide delivery, and continuously improve ways of working, owning stakeholder engagement, backlog management and acceptance criteria to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK security & intelligence environments.
• Strong background in business analysis, product management and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to elicit, analyse and manage complex requirements into clear user stories and criteria.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and manage business, user, data and technical requirements, documented and aligned to mission outcomes.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps.
• Develop and maintain product backlogs with prioritisation based on value and delivery constraints.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams for sprint planning and delivery alignment.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops and forums for shared understanding and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile ways of working, governance and collaboration.
• Bridge between business, design, data and engineering to align solutions with user needs.
• Support testing and assurance by clarifying expected behaviours and rules.
• Manage requirement changes, dependencies, risks and assumptions across delivery lifecycle.
