About the role…

• Assist in upholding the Company’s policies and procedures in all security-related matters and report any breaches of Company policy.
• Follow the Company’s emergency procedures confidently.
• Provide fair and consistent enforcement of all policies and procedures, representing the Company professionally and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Identify and advise on possible stock loss risks or loss prevention best practices.
• Have full knowledge of ASCONE and requirements set out by the Procurator Fiscal.
• Detect persons responsible for stealing Company property, cash, or merchandise, and follow Company policies in the conviction of individuals.
• Conduct regular and random searches of employees’ and contractors’ possessions within Company policies.
• Maintain a high standard of personal professionalism.
• Ensure a safe working environment for staff, customers, and visitors.
