Job summary

FCDO Services is seeking a QAT Analyst to design and execute tests for critical government systems. You will collaborate with delivery teams to assess testability, create documentation, and engage stakeholders for efficient test solutions.

Qualifications

• Agile and ITIL Foundation qualifications or equivalent experience.
• ISTQB Foundation certification and cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure).
• Level 3 Information Communication Technician or IT/CS equivalent.
• Experience designing tests: functional, non-functional, regression, and UAT.
• Knowledge of SQL, VMware, CI/CD, networking and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and perform exploratory testing.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to validate requirements and testability.
• Create documentation and engage stakeholders to agree on test solutions.
• Identify defects, manage constraints, and support Go-Live and production deployment.
• Be on call up to 7 days per month for out-of-hours delivery.
