Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software testing and QA leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise-scale test strategies.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence quality standards.
• Experience mentoring and supporting engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end testing strategies and quality frameworks.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex automated testing solutions.
• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting activities across multiple teams.
• Manage test environments and support release assurance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across testing and automation practices.
• Mentor and support QAT engineers and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout delivery.
• Provide technical leadership on testing approaches, tooling, and quality governance.
