Job Title: Security Engineer’s Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Security Engineer’s assistant to support our team in installing, repairing, and maintaining our clients' security systems. This role involves assisting our engineering team with various security system tasks.

Upon successful completion of the probationary period, you will be integrated into our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Aid in the installation, repair, and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Fibre Optics, and Gate/Traffic Barrier automation systems.
2. Support in developing and implementing site security measures.
3. Assist in preparing security reports and documentation for engineers.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Good health and reasonable physical strength.
• Problem-solving skills are advantageous.
• Must not have a criminal record.
• Previous experience with security equipment/systems is beneficial.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• No fear of working at heights.
• Having personal transport to meet at designated Sheffield locations is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills are beneficial.
