Qualifications

• Experience writing and deploying security tooling into cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Proficiency in at least one language: C#, Python, Java, PowerShell or Bash, with automation experience.
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and Compliance as Code practices.
• Comfort operating in Agile, DevOps-driven teams with frequent, continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy security controls and guardrails across cloud-native platforms.
• Run password audits, network and web app vulnerability scans, and intrusion detection.
• Automate security processes as code and embed CI/CD checks.
• Conduct risk audits and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Monitor and analyse system access logs, flag anomalies and support incident response.
• Plan and test security backup and disaster recovery processes.
