Job summary

Tesco is looking for a Security Engineering Manager – Workplace Technology to lead a team of 5 security engineers. This role is instrumental in securing workplace technology platforms, including Microsoft 365 and email security.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and technical knowledge while fostering a high-performing and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing technical teams, including coaching and building inclusive environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Platform Security roadmap, embedding new capabilities without compromising operational performance.
• Ensure Platform Security Engineering operates at high performance with strong prevention capability.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of security professionals.
