Job summary

SEFE Energy GmbH is seeking a Security Engineer to embed secure-by-design practices across our technology landscape. You will work in the Security Platforms & Architecture team to enhance security platforms, implement pragmatic controls, and support delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.

You will contribute to design reviews, threat modelling, governance processes, and platform improvements while leveraging Microsoft security capabilities and a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering secure-by-design outcomes in complex environments.
• Experience in architecture reviews, security assurance, and project delivery activities.
• Strong understanding of security across applications, infrastructure, cloud, integrations, and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with programmes to embed secure-by-design principles.
• Conduct security design reviews and threat modelling to identify risks and mitigations.
• Provide ongoing security assurance across technology initiatives and go-live reviews.
