As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for building and safeguarding infrastructure against cyber threats. Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network security solutions, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify risks.
  • Deploy and manage SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel) for monitoring and log analysis.
  • Lead incident response efforts to mitigate breaches and minimize damage.
  • Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, and GDPR.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to integrate cloud security controls.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of threat intelligence and evolving cyber risks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Security Engineer or in a related role (SOC Engineer, Cybersecurity Engineer).
  • Expertise in network security, encryption, IAM, and endpoint protection.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of security automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Strong background in incident response and forensic analysis.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
