Security Engineer (CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarms) – Leeds

Salary: £35,000- £40,000 Basic Salary Per Annum

Package Overview:

1. £35,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary + Overtime (Negotiable depending on experience)
2. Full-Time, Permanent
3. Monday to Friday Hours
4. Area Covered: Leeds (West Yorkshire & the Surrounding Areas)

Company Overview:

Our Client is currently looking for a Security Engineer to join their highly valued team on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. With many years’ experience in the industry, they’re entering another period of growth and are looking to expand their team due to customer demand.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Installation, Service, Repair, Fault-finding & Maintenance of IP CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarm Systems
2. Field based role, covering a number of sites
3. Working on a range of brands of manufacturer
4. Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered
5. Carry out effective communication with customers at all times
6. Ensure tasks are completed efficiently
7. Providing support to team members where required

Skills and Experience Required:

1. A full UK driving licence or equivalent (Essential)
2. A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
3. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years’ experience working within the Security Industry (Not essential)
4. Considering applicants with all or single discipline providing you are willing to train
5. Knowledge of a range of manufacturers
6. Desirable qualifications include: IPAF, CSCS/ ECS, FIA and/or City & Guilds
7. A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
