Job description

About the Role:

This role plays a key part in enabling the smooth running of Security projects by supporting portfolio, document, and programme management activities and cycles.

As Security Document Coordinator, you will provide project and business administration support, including commercial, procedural, and compliance activities in the development and delivery of Security improvements at all Drax Hydro sites.

You will be responsible for managing and controlling all security-related documentation, such as commercial contracts, permits, and financing documentation. Under the direction of your line manager, you will also monitor procedural compliance across the team.

This role will also support the team with gating review preparation, reporting, and coordination of resources, information, meetings, and governance.

Who we’re looking for

Ideally, you will have a background working within a project or cyber/engineering delivery environment. You will need strong administrative and data management experience. The ability to understand technical drawings is highly beneficial.

IT skills are essential, particularly with Microsoft Office products. Experience with SharePoint and Visio will be advantageous.

This role requires strong attention to detail, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to produce accurate work within tight timescales.

You will demonstrate interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Building positive relationships is key.
