Hoare Lea is seeking a high-calibre graduate security consultant to join its Security Group. You will work on live projects from day one, developing security risk assessments and detailed designs across healthcare, commercial, residential and other sectors.

The role emphasises cross-disciplinary collaboration, client engagement and ongoing professional development. You will be supported by a mentor and supervisor and encouraged to develop your skills through CPD and the Hoare Lea career pathway;

Qualifications

• Graduate with strong academic record and exposure to security risk consultancy, design and construction-stage activities.
• A degree from an IET or CIBSE accredited programme, or equivalent in a built environment discipline; Masters advantageous but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Work on live projects from day one within Hoare Lea Security Group.
• Develop security threat and risk assessments and security designs.
• Produce detailed schematics, schedules and drawings using modelling software.
• Coordinate design team meetings and support senior consultants on contracted works.
• Engage with clients and maintain strong relationships across projects.
• Pursue professional development via CPD and Hoare Lea's career pathway.
