Job summary

Hoare Lea is recruiting a graduate security consultant to work on live projects across healthcare, hospitality and data centres. You will develop security risk assessments, produce detailed designs and assist with site surveys while collaborating with senior colleagues.

You will gain mentorship, undertake CPD, and develop in a structured security group within Hoare Lea. Hybrid working and substantial training are offered.

Qualifications

• BPSS clearance is required and National Vetting may follow.
• Strong attention to detail and delivery of high-quality work.
• Understanding of RIBA Plan of Work and security integration.
• Knowledge of security standards, legislation and best practices.
• Experience with security design and project delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop security threat and risk assessments and security need assessments.
• Produce detailed designs, schematics, schedules and drawings.
• Conduct site surveys and research new technologies.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary design teams and clients.
• Support and mentor junior graduate consultants and staff.
