JOB TITLE: Security Customer Service Officer

Location: Gyle Shopping Centre, Edinburgh

Gyle Shopping Centre is a prestigious retail outlet in Edinburgh, easily accessible from the city centre and surrounding areas. The Security & Customer Service Officers are responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of visitors, assisting retailers and staff, and maintaining the smooth operation of the Centre through various duties such as monitoring CCTV, operating alarm systems, and conducting patrols.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Handling customer complaints and assisting visitors.
