Job summary

Malca-Amit Birmingham is seeking a Security Crew Member to safeguard personnel and shipments across high-value transports. You will perform pickups and deliveries, help at events, and maintain safety and vigilance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a full clean UK driving licence and ideally an SIA licence, with a strong commitment to ethics, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. References and DBS check are required.

Job Description

Security Crew Members are required to work for a dynamic, customer focused environment and to ensure the protection of personnel and shipments for which the company is responsible. This position requires strict following of rules and procedures to protect and safeguard the transports and property of Malca-Amit and its customers / VIP clients.

Responsibilities

• Performing pickups and deliveries of high value shipments
• Maintaining high standard of work at trade shows and special events
• Loading and unloading the armoured vehicle
• Ensuring the safety and protection of assets at all times
• Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times
• Respecting and following the company’s guidelines and procedures
• Driving an armoured vehicle and following road safety regulations
• Maintaining a high level of vigilance at all times
• Completing daily reports and check of the vehicle
• Carrying out other ad-hoc duties as requests
• Ability to adapt to fast paced work schedule with regular adjustments and changes
• Communicating with clients and managing driver schedules when needed
• Additional hours as determined by the needs of the business

Requirements
