The University of Reading Security Services are seeking a proactive Security Control Room Officer to protect students, staff, visitors and assets. You will work in the Control Room and across the estate, handling incident response, customer service and operational support.
Role requires calm under pressure, confident communication, and making quick decisions to maintain a secure and welcoming campus environment. Permanent, full-time 12‑hour shifts across a three-cycle pattern.
