    Security Control Centre Operative

    Location – Motherwell, ML1 1RU

    Hours – Monday – Sunday, 42 Hours Per Week Shift Pattern

    We’re currently looking to recruit a Security Control Centre Operative, who will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and updating rostering systems for the management of our security business. This will include out of hours escalation process management, compliance, reporting and help desk calls. You will also support the business dealing with Planned and Preventative Maintenance work orders for the account teams each month.

    The security of our people is a top priority for us, so as an Apleona Control Centre Operative , we’re looking for:

    • Great written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Willingness to work with their manager and team to ensure all necessary tasks are completed

    It’s desirable that you hold an SIA licence, but if not don’t worry as we can apply for this when you start*.

    In return, we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of our awesome team. You’ll work on a shift pattern and be paid an hourly rate of up to £13.32, with access to Apleona employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start, including:
