BT Group is seeking a Security Contract Delivery Specialist for UK contracts, based in Glasgow and Manchester. The role sits within the Managed Security and Cyber Operations teams under BT Business, providing governance, risk and compliance leadership across assigned contracts.

You will own the IA Governance & Compliance for the contract lifecycle, manage key customer and supplier relationships, ensure regulatory and framework compliance, and drive governance programs for security services

About the role

This role is in the Managed Security ad Cyber Operations team, part of the Service and Business Operations area of BT Business – a team of 12,000 people supporting over 1 million UK Customers, from household names and government departments to small businesses and start-up.

• Identify and understand all elements of contractual security obligations for assigned customer contracts.
• Own contract IA Governance Risk and Compliance position, supporting contract decision making.
• Verify the implementation of end to end security services as defined within assigned customer contracts.
• Deliver and implement relevant framework compliant governance, security strategies, policies, procedures, processes, applicable to the services and solutions for the contracted service.

What you’ll be doing

Essential Skills / Experience

• Own contract IA Governance Risk and Compliance position for the life of the contract.
• Accountable for managing and maintaining relationships with assigned customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure contractual compliance with relevant security regulations, frameworks, standard and requirements, typically, but not limited to: BT, Customer, National Government and Industry specific.
• Developing, implement and maintain Security Governance, Risk and Compliance for assigned customer contract(s).

Desirable Skills / Experience

• Strong Stakeholder management at “C” level and above.
• Excellent knowledge of how security requirements are applied in operational or delivery contexts
• Artificial Intelligence Compliance
• Advanced Microsoft Office
