Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute cyber security strategy aligned to business objectives and risk appetite.
• Act as the trusted security advisor to executive stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
• Lead cyber risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Oversee major cyber security incidents and drive effective response and remediation.
• Present security risks, controls, and strategic recommendations to boards and governance committees.
• Build strong relationships with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Promote a security-first culture and champion continuous improvement across the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cyber security teams.

• Extensive experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, Technology Risk, and Governance.
• Deep understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements including GDPR and FCA standards.
• Proven experience engaging with Board-level executives, regulators, and senior business leaders.
• Strong background in incident response, cyber risk oversight, and security transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership of large-scale or global security teams within complex environments.
