Job summary

83zero Ltd partners with a global IT consultancy to recruit a Cybersecurity Consultant Manager/Senior Manager. You will shape cyber strategy, run risk assessments and steer transformation across large cloud, infrastructure and digital programmes for major clients.

You’ll advise CISOs and CTOs, influence senior stakeholders, support bids and business development, and mentor junior consultants to grow a high‑performing security advisory practice.

Cybersecurity Consultant Manager / Senior Manager

We're partnering with a global-leading IT consultancy to find experienced Cybersecurity Consultants to join its growing Projects & Consulting Advisory team.

Working with major organisations across financial services, the public sector and private industry, you'll help shape cyber strategies, manage complex risks and embed security into large-scale cloud, infrastructure and digital transformation programmes.

This is an opportunity to combine technical cyber expertise, strategic advisory and commercial influence while working with senior stakeholders on high-impact engagements.

What you'll be doing

• Lead cybersecurity engagements covering risk assessments, maturity reviews, strategy and transformation roadmaps.
• Advise senior stakeholders, including CISOs and CTOs, on cyber risk, resilience and security priorities.
• Integrate security into cloud, infrastructure and wider digital transformation programmes.
• Support business development, shape client propositions and contribute to bids and major client opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand advisory work into broader transformation and managed services.
• Mentor junior consultants and help develop a high-performing cybersecurity advisory practice.

What we're looking for

• Experience at Manager or Senior Manager level within a leading consultancy, Big Four firm, global systems integrator or specialist cyber consultancy.
• Strong cybersecurity advisory experience, from initial discovery through to recommendations and delivery.
• Expertise across areas such as cyber strategy, risk and governance, security architecture, cloud security, IAM, cyber resilience or security operations.
• Experience supporting proposals, bids, business development and client relationship growth.
• The ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate complex technical risks into clear business outcomes.
• An understanding of emerging AI security risks, secure AI adoption and evolving cyber threats.

Security clearance:

Candidates must be eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance, including five years' continuous UK residency. Some positions may require sole UK nationality.
