Qualifications

• Passion for improving the UK public sector security posture.
• Experience applying security technologies to architectures and solution designs.
• Ideally hold current Government Security Clearance or ability to gain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design security architectures for IT solutions.
• Provide advisory on complex transformation programmes.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance like ISO 27001 and GDPR.
• Solve security issues through research and innovation.

Skills

Cybersecurity principles and risk management

Security technologies (e.g. Privilege Access Management, SSO)

Understanding of IT infrastructure and design methodologies

Threat modelling and reference architecture development

Hands-on experience in Network and/or Cloud security

Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Education

SABSA/CISSP or similar certification
