Are you a Security Consultant looking for an exciting new challenge? Buro Happold is seeking a Security Engineer with experience in the Built Environment to join our vibrant multi-disciplinary team.

Key Duties:

1. Assess threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to produce risk registers.

2. Develop security strategies to meet statutory requirements.

3. Create innovative design concepts while staying updated on emerging threats and trends.

4. Provide high-level advice to clients regarding security technologies.

5. Develop and execute testing programs and exercises to ensure security integrity.

6. Support and mentor graduate security consultants.

7. Research and draft standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions for security operations.

8. Research and prepare security intelligence reports and assessments.

Your Skills & Experience:

1. A qualification in Security and Risk Management, Crime & Criminology, or related fields.

2. Chartered or working towards chartership with a relevant institution.

3. Membership of the Security Institute (SyI), Association of Security Consultants (ASC), or International Association of Professional Security Consultants (IAPSC).

4. Experience in developing security strategies across various projects.

5. Experience assessing security risks in different sectors and locations.

6. Willingness to undergo security vetting if required.
