Job summary

You will work within the Major Projects Team, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely project handovers on critical infrastructures.

Ideal candidates bring Fire & Security industry experience, CCure Level 1, Genetec familiarity, and a valid driving license, with a proactive, customer-facing approach and physical

• CCure Level 1 Certification.
• Experience with Genetec or similar access control platforms.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to lift and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commissioning of Security Systems and Fire Alarm systems to high industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical issue resolution during commissioning.
• Produce engineering reports, handover certificates and checklists with accuracy.

What You Will Do

As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for commissioning Security Systems and Fire Alarms to the highest industry standards. You will provide exceptional customer service while using your technical expertise to identify and resolve issues proactively. Your Responsibilities Include

• Delivering excellent customer service that exceeds expectations, fostering strong relationships with internal and external clients.
• Commissioning Security Systems and Fire alarm systems while adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Effectively managing your time to prioritize tasks and complete engineering reports, handover certificates, and checklists accurately.

What We Look For Essential

• Experience in the Fire & Security industry.
• CCure Level 1 Certification.
• Experience with Genetec A valid driving license.
• Physical capability to lift and climb ladders.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.

Preferred

• Relevant industry qualifications (18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, FIA).
