Security colleagues are vital in safeguarding staff and customers, ensuring store safety through patrols and checks, including monitoring store areas for damage or tampering, and conducting daily fire safety checks. You may also handle conflict situations, support manager-led spot checks, and ensure paperwork is properly completed in areas like claims, returns, waste management, and lost property.
