About the Role

Our stores operate 24/7, offering various shift patterns. If you seek flexible working, this role can accommodate that, although weekend work is required, and some flexibility with shifts may be needed.

At Asda, ensuring the safety and security of colleagues and customers is paramount. Security colleagues play a vital role in safeguarding everyone and protecting our assets.

Your responsibilities include patrolling and checking the store's interior and exterior for signs of damage, break-ins, or tampering with cash points. You will conduct daily checks on fire doors, clear obstructions, and maintain records. You may need to support in conflict situations to ensure safety, assist in spot checks on vehicles, and verify paperwork in areas like claims, returns, waste management, and lost property.
