As a Security Colleague, your role is vital in safeguarding colleagues and customers, ensuring a secure shopping environment. Responsibilities include patrolling and monitoring store premises for signs of damage, break-ins, or tampering, conducting daily checks on fire doors, and maintaining records. You may need to handle conflicts, support with spot checks, and ensure processes in claims, returns, waste management, and lost property are followed.
