We are looking for a professional, motivated and customer-focused Hospital Security Coordinator to join our Security Team in a full-time, permanent position. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of security services across Leeds Teaching Hospitals, helping to ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff and hospital property within a complex and busy healthcare environment. As a Hospital Security Coordinator, you will provide operational leadership and support to Security Officers, coordinate security resources, respond to incidents and emergencies, and work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams, partner agencies and external stakeholders to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment. The successful candidate will hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence and a full UK driving licence and will demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills. You will be capable of remaining calm under pressure, managing competing priorities and making effective decisions in dynamic situations. Above all, you will be committed to delivering a professional, compassionate and customer-focused security service while maintaining the highest standards of conduct, accountability and professionalism.

This is a demanding and physically active role. There will be occasions where officers are required to wear body armour as part of their operational duties.
