Job summary

Experis UK is seeking four experienced Technical Project Engineers/Managers to lead secure aerospace and defence programmes in the Reading area, with at least 50% onsite work. You will bridge engineering teams and delivery functions, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality meet business objectives while managing technical risks and dependencies.

Active SC clearance is required, with DV clearance preferred and sole UK nationals only.

Qualifications

Experience with project planning and scheduling.
Critical path analysis and milestone management.
Risk, issue, assumption, and dependency management.
Change control and engineering governance.
Progress measurement, reporting, and forecasting.
Resource and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical activities across engineering teams and stakeholders.
Plan, execute, and deliver complex engineering projects.
Monitor risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
Provide technical leadership and support first-level decisions.
Escalate delivery challenges and manage interfaces with customers and suppliers.
Support governance, reporting, and project forecasting.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality requirements.
