Job summary

Experis UK in Reading is seeking four Technical Project Engineers/Managers to deliver secure aerospace and defence programmes. You will bridge engineering teams and programme delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and business objectives are met.

Active SC clearance is required; DV clearance preferred. Sole UK nationals only. Minimum 50% onsite in Reading with flexible hybrid work. Long-term contracts with competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects in defence/aerospace environments.
• Strong track record coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities across engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Support planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects.
• Monitor risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and first-level decision support.
• Escalate delivery risks and schedule impacts as needed.
