Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our London hybrid team. You will design, develop and maintain critical infrastructure powering our services, taking ownership of features from conception to delivery and ensuring robust, scalable solutions.

You will lead by example with strong leadership mentality, guiding your team through technical and delivery challenges to meet customer requirements. This role requires high initiative and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Software Engineer in backend, frontend or full-stack roles.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization and cloud platforms.
• Strong communication and agile working experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on development and peer review of code.
• Design software features to realise the product roadmap and explain design choices.
• Break down large work into well-defined tasks in Agile.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
