Security Cleared Project Managers - Central and Local Government, Portsmouth

Turner & Townsend is currently recruiting for Security Cleared (or able to become Security Cleared) Senior Project Managers to join our Real Estate team.

This role is client facing, working within a professional and ambitious team, where you will receive excellent support. We have brought our brightest minds together to respond to our client’s Project and Programme management objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking
• Establish effective processes and systems for project use
• Produce project plans
• Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators
• Track and document changes
• Prepare written project communication materials
• Prepare formal project reports
• Liaise with the client, contractors, and designers
• Attend meetings and draft minutes

Additional Responsibilities:

• Prepare presentation materials for client pitches
• Input key information into the internal database

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Cognate qualification (construction, real estate, planning, engineering)
• Full-time availability with flexible working and home working options
• Ability to travel within London, Home Counties, and South East
• Strong communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
• Self-motivated
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, and end-users
• Knowledge of CDM/site health and safety
• Able to obtain Security Clearance
