Security Cleared Project Managers - Central and Local Government

We are currently recruiting Security Cleared (or able to become Security Cleared) Senior Project Managers to join our Real Estate team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on immediate commissions within a market-leading client base. The role is client-facing, within a professional and ambitious team, offering excellent support and growth opportunities.

Senior Project Manager responsibilities include:

• Conducting background research, data collection, and benchmarking
• Establishing effective processes and systems for the project
• Producing and monitoring project plans and performance indicators
• Tracking and documenting changes
• Preparing formal progress reports
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and designers
• Attending meetings and drafting minutes

Additional responsibilities:

• Preparing presentation materials for client pitches
• Inputting key information into the internal database

Minimum requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience
• Full-time availability with flexible working and home working options
• Ability to travel within London, Home Counties, and South East
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Self-motivated and strategic problem-solver
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including clients and contractors
• Knowledge of CDM/site health and safety regulations
• Eligibility for Security Clearance
