Job summary

LA International is seeking a PMO Planner based in Basingstoke to drive integrated project and programme schedules. The role requires active DV clearance and will support governance forums with planning metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities include maintaining baseline plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and critical paths while ensuring alignment across master plans and sub-project schedules. Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a PMO planning or scheduling role supporting complex programmes.
• Strong understanding of programme and project lifecycle planning.
• Experience maintaining integrated schedules across multiple projects or workstreams.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools.

Duration : 6 Months+
Location : Basingstoke

PMO Planner Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and assure integrated project and programme schedules.
• Establish and manage baseline plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Maintain alignment between master programme plans and individual project schedules.

PMO Planner Skills and Experience

• Proven experience within a PMO planning or scheduling role supporting complex programmes.
• Strong understanding of programme and project lifecycle planning.
• Experience maintaining integrated schedules across multiple projects or workstreams.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with strong PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Experience using SharePoint and programme document repositories.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organised, proactive, collaborative, and delivery focused.
