Qualifications

• Experience in PMO or Technical Project Management within IT/engineering environments.
• Strong planning, tracking and organisational capabilities.
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, issues and actions.
• Excellent interaction skills with technical teams, architects and suppliers.
• Solid understanding of system integration concepts and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Digital Thread and system integration initiatives across multiple applications, domains and suppliers.
• Maintain the overall project plan, milestones, dependencies, actions, risks and issues.
• Track activities and deliverables, identify delays and critical topics.
• Coordinate meetings and technical sessions with internal teams, vendors and solution providers.
• Support the definition and monitoring of integration roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Manage actions from workshops, architecture discussions and project meetings.
• Prepare project status reports, management presentations and steering committee materials.
• Maintain documentation related to projects, decisions, interfaces and open topics.
• Support coordination of technical requirements between teams and applications.
• Monitor supplier activities, commitments and deliverables.
• Support governance activities around application and integration landscapes.
• Help structure and maintain the Digital Thread initiative backlog and priorities.
