Job summary

DTC | A Codan Company is seeking a Project Manager to deliver moderately complex projects, acting as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure governance and reporting are maintained.

The role requires travel within the UK and internationally when needed, with a clear path to coaching Associate & Assistant Project Managers and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects through full lifecycle.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to analyse project information and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and control of projects through lifecycle.
• Independently manage projects within scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and governance packs.
• Coordinate resources and guide project teams to meet objectives.
• Support bid/proposal activities with schedule, cost and risk data.
• Coach and develop Associate & Assistant Project Managers.
