Job summary

Deloitte UK is recruiting a Graduate ERP role within the Government and Public Sector, focusing on SAP, Oracle, and Workday transformations across large clients. As part of the Early Careers Consulting team, you will learn to engage with clients, translate objectives into requirements, and support delivery from design to implementation while using firm-approved AI tools.

The role is hybrid, with a mix of office and client-site work, and you must be eligible for UK security clearance; Autumn 2027

Qualifications

• Must have or be graduating with a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and graduate by Sept 2027 for Autumn 2027 intake.
• Eligible for UK Government security clearance (SC) with five years' residency in the UK recommended).
• Engagement with clients to understand business problems and translate them into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to engage with clients to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with client business and IT teams to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Create documents and materials for delivery and client presentations.
• Explore how SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and Workday support business transformations.
• Utilise firm-approved AI tools responsibly to support client delivery.
