Job summary

ISx4 Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a complex data and analytics solution within a secure UK public sector environment. You will elicit requirements, translate business needs into clear functional and data requirements, and support delivery and testing across a multidisciplinary team.

Active UK Security Clearance is required, with strong communication skills and experience in agile or hybrid delivery.

Qualifications

• Active UK Security Clearance required.
• Experience as a Business Analyst on complex software, data or analytics projects.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to work in secure, regulated or public sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate operational needs into clear delivery requirements with stakeholders.
• Capture and refine data requirements, business rules and decisioning logic.
• Support risk rules, alert criteria and processing requirements.
• Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, maps and docs.
• Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning.
