Job summary

ISx4 Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex data and analytics solution within a secure UK public sector environment. You will coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, manage delivery plans, risks and dependencies, and ensure governance across the programme.

The role requires active UK Security Clearance and a proven track record delivering technology, software, or data projects.

Qualifications

• Active UK Security Clearance required.
• Proven experience delivering complex technology, software or data projects as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, mobilisation and successful delivery of project workstreams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery across technical teams covering data engineering, analytics, application development and testing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client, partner and delivery stakeholders.
• Ensure appropriate project governance, reporting and assurance processes are maintained.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, resource plans and project reporting.
• Track progress against milestones, deliverables and agreed outcomes.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners and client stakeholders.
• Support requirements, development, testing and deployment activities to ensure effective end-to-end delivery.
• Provide clear and timely status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Drive resolution of delivery blockers and support effective decision-making.
• Promote effective delivery practices and continuous improvement across the project team.
