The job

This is a business-facing role focused on delivering complex internal projects involving multiple functions across AVEVA. The role is responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of new security capabilities across 1st and 2nd Line of Defence teams. Reporting to the Group CISO, the Security Change Manager will provide security and technical expertise, lead programs, and build strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, engagement, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish leading indicators for early success measurement of change activities.
  • Plan and execute change activities supporting security projects and programs.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders regularly.
  • Identify risks and issues affecting security service adoption.
  • Assist the CISO with prioritization, tracking, and resolving requests and escalations from leadership.
  • Support communication and engagement with senior management and the board regarding requests and escalations.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years managing change in complex security, technology, or business transformation programs.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-Suite executives.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders positively to support change initiatives.
  • Leadership skills with empathy and understanding of personality differences.

  • Understanding of business needs to maintain trust and confidence.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in security change management.
