Role Description:

Security Behaviour & Culture Specialist

The Security Behaviour & Culture Specialist plays a pivotal role in advancing Haleon's human risk strategy by proactively addressing behavioral factors influencing our cybersecurity posture. This role involves designing and delivering initiatives that promote secure behaviors, strengthen our security culture, and reduce human-related cyber risks across the organization. Collaborating across business functions, the Specialist applies behavioral insights and data to develop practical, engaging interventions aligned with Haleon's strategic objectives and emerging risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Risk Strategy and Culture Change: Support targeted initiatives addressing behavioral risks and promote secure working practices; embed secure behaviors into daily operations at all levels.
  • Engagement and Awareness: Design and deliver campaigns, events, and communications to raise cybersecurity awareness; utilize behavioral science techniques such as nudging, gamification, and storytelling; tailor messaging for different roles and risk profiles.
  • Training and Enablement: Collaborate on developing training materials like e-learning, videos, and workshops; support and expand the security ambassador network by providing guidance and resources.
  • Measurement and Improvement: Maintain a register of key human risks; analyze behavioral data and cultural metrics to assess impact and identify areas for improvement; provide insights and recommendations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with HR, Communications, Digital & Tech, and other stakeholders to align initiatives; stay updated on cybersecurity, behavioral science, and organizational change trends to enhance program delivery.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in behavior change, organizational culture, cybersecurity awareness, or employee engagement roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in cyber/information security, psychology/behavioral science, engineering, communications, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications such as SSAP, CSAP, CCAP, CISSP, or CISM are preferred but not mandatory; a demonstrated commitment to professional development is expected.
  • Preferred disciplines include Behavioral Science, Psychology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Communications, Learning & Development, or Organizational Change; a master's degree is desirable.
  • Experience applying behavioral science or change management frameworks like COM-B, ADKAR, or Nudge Theory is advantageous.
