Division: Chief Information Security Office (CISO)

As a global critical financial infrastructure, the protection of Euroclear information and assets is fundamental to the company’s business. Information Security is at the core of our services, firmly embedded in the management systems and processes of the company. You will join our Chief Information Security Office to help put in place controls to protect our information assets.

About the tribe

The CISO Office Tribe supports the CISO organization by providing services such as Governance, Organizational Development, Financial support, Communication, Reporting, Relationship management, and Security Awareness.

Your role

You will develop, deliver, and maintain security training & awareness activities aligned with company strategy. You are responsible for raising awareness on policies, educating staff on security behaviors, and mitigating threats.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering innovative security awareness programs to influence behaviors and culture.
• Ensuring staff awareness and adherence to security policies and best practices.
• Managing and training a network of security ambassadors across divisions.
• Creating and communicating about security threats and policies.
• Developing engaging training sessions and delivering them through various methods.
• Providing ad hoc guidance on evolving threats.
• Building metrics to measure awareness activities' effectiveness.
• Designing, planning, and reviewing Cyber Month activities.
• Organizing surveys on security awareness and human risk.
• Supporting risk assessments related to human risk management.
• Having significant experience in training, education, or security awareness programs.
• Possessing strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship abilities.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with good problem-solving skills.
• Creative mindset and customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
• CISM or similar certification is desirable but not mandatory.

Assets include:

• Experience with Gamification
• Security certifications like CISSP, CISM
• Advanced Excel or Power BI skills
