Job summary

Saepio is seeking a Security Awareness Analyst (Human Risk) to join our Hybrid, full-time team in High Wycombe. You will help customers reduce human cyber risk through training, phishing simulations and education programmes, working with KnowBe4 and other Human Risk tooling.

You will onboard new customers, configure simulations, analyse results and deliver clear reports while engaging with multiple stakeholders to drive security maturity and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing cyber security or IT/managed services experience.
• Experience producing reports, reviews or recommendations for customers or stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers to Security Awareness Training and Human Risk Management services.
• Configure and administer phishing simulation campaigns and security awareness training programmes.
• Support customers in developing stronger security behaviours and reducing exposure to cyber threats.
• Analyze phishing and training results, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce insightful reports and recommendations that demonstrate progress and drive security maturity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues efficiently.
• Provide regular updates to customers, manage expectations and maintain strong relationships.
• Support service reviews and customer meetings, presenting findings and recommendations clearly.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of Security Awareness and Human Risk Management services.

Location: Saepio HQ, High Wycombe, Bucks

Hours: Hybrid, Full Time, no overnight work - (Mon - Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-5pm)

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our managed services team, in this role, you will help customers reduce human cyber risk through Security Awareness Training, phishing simulations and user education programmes. Working with industry-leading platforms such as KnowBe4 and other Human Risk Management tooling, you will support organisations in improving their resilience to phishing, social engineering and other user-targeted cyber threats.

What you'll be doing?

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Security Awareness and Human Risk Management services.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is passionate about cyber security and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will be organised, detail-oriented and confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Our Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing cyber security, IT support or managed service role.
• Experience producing reports, reviews or recommendations for customers or stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and service improvement.

Other skills/qualifications - (Desirable, not mandatory)

• Experience working in a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP)
• Security Awareness Training/Human Risk Management (Know Be 4/KB4)
• Other relevant Cyber Security certifications (e.g. Comp TIA, NIST, ISO2700X, SOC2, GDPR)
