Job summary

Redgate is seeking a Security Assurance Specialist to own the end-to-end process of customer and vendor security diligence. You will manage questionnaires, evidence, and relationships to build customer trust in how Redgate handles data, while expanding your technical security skills across products and infrastructure over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in security, compliance, vendor risk, or related analytical/customer-facing roles.
• Experience coordinating customer security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ, or VSAQ) or similar assessments.
• Knowledge of information security/privacy frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR).
• Ability to translate product security into requirements and risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cover the full lifecycle of customer security questionnaires and vendor due diligence with Sales, Product, Procurement and Legal.
• Shape assurance workflows and build a central repository of responses to speed future reviews.
• Collaborate with the Security Manager and Cyber Security Engineer toward more technical security responsibilities.
• Influence procurement and legal decisions with sound vendor risk judgements.
