You’ll lead from the front, be observant, and ensure our guests feel safe and secure in their home away from home. You'll be proactive, ready to respond confidently to any situation, while maintaining a calm and welcoming environment.

You need to hold a full clean driving license and an SIA Door Supervisor license.

Key responsibilities...

• Assisting in planning resource levels to ensure adequate security coverage.
• Utilizing team members to patrol the park effectively, providing deterrence and preventing incidents.
• Ensuring compliance with security instructions.
• Managing incidents, ensuring proper escalation and reporting.
• Conducting unbiased investigations, providing detailed statements and reports, and recording all security activities.
• Identifying security vulnerabilities and risks.
• Liaising with local enforcement authorities for inspections and investigations.
• Promoting security awareness among colleagues.
