Job description

Assistant Security Manager will report to Senior Manager, Security Operations, and will be responsible for Intelligence, Crime, and investigation, providing dedicated and professional security operations of the Department. He/she will be responsible for carrying out investigations, keeping proper records of investigative activities according to the organisation's policies, procedures, and guidelines. The incumbent will also work with government and related agencies regarding investigations and develop an action plan for an investigation. Other duties include relieving the Senior Manager as and when necessary and performing any other duties as directed by senior management.

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above, degree holder preferably in facilities or risk & security management (holder of a Professional Security Certificate has an advantage)
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in the security field or with a disciplined service, of which not less than three years in investigation services management
  • Familiar with local laws, policies, procedures, and guidelines for investigations
  • Computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Possession of valid Security Personnel Permit Category A and B
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, conversational Putonghua is an advantage
  • Holder of valid HK Driving License of private car
  • Willing to work outdoor, on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
