Are you an experienced security professional with a passion for leading teams, delivering outstanding service, and driving operational excellence?

We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Security Area Manager to oversee multiple client sites across West London and the inner M4 corridor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, growing business that values professionalism, results, and people development.

Lead and support site-based security teams, ensuring high performance and compliance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.

Manage client relationships across a diverse portfolio (commercial, retail, industrial, etc.)—acting as the first point of contact for service delivery.

Conduct regular site audits, welfare visits, and training to maintain operational standards.

Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, incident response, and team development.

Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality security officers across the region.

Ensure all deployments are cost-effective and meet client expectations.

Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Compliance to resolve issues and support growth.

Report on site performance, incidents, and financial metrics to senior management.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a similar area/regional management role within the security sector.

Strong leadership and people management skills – able to motivate and develop teams.

Excellent client engagement and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of security procedures, risk assessments, and industry compliance (e.g. BS7858).

Full UK driving licence – regular travel required across region.

SIA licence (frontline or non-frontline) essential.
