Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Information Protection Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade data protection solutions for global financial projects. You will architect and implement Microsoft Purview Information Protection solutions across hybrid environments, ensuring regulatory compliance and data governance at scale. This role requires strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 security, data classification, compliance frameworks, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead architecture design and implementation of Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MIP), DLP, and AIP across Microsoft 365, Windows File Servers, and NAS.

· Translate regulatory, compliance, and business requirements into robust technical policies and labeling frameworks.

· Configure sensitivity labels, auto-labeling, rights management, and retention policies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current data workflows and design future-state architectures.

· Drive testing, UAT, documentation, training, and post-deployment support.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 10+ years in data security/governance with expertise in Microsoft Purview/MIP.

· Proven experience deploying DLP, AIP, sensitivity labeling, and compliance solutions in large organizations.

· Strong understanding of compliance frameworks: GDPR, PDPA, MAS, PCI-DSS, etc.

· Hands-on skills with PowerShell scripting, Microsoft 365, and Azure Security services.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Experience working in consulting and delivering project-facing projects.
