Job Description:
The primary objective of the SLP Specialist is to provide security services, investigation, and asset protection in the designated area of responsibility. The role involves mitigating product loss and maintaining customer satisfaction in accordance with India Security and Loss Prevention guidelines and policies.

The position is cross-functional, requiring collaboration and influencing skills with stakeholders from business and corporate functions. Daily activities include planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, and executing processes and procedures laid down by the organization and the SLP function. Key responsibilities include identifying MDR shrink aspects at last mile stations and delivery partners, detecting potential pilferage and organized fraud, and working closely with stakeholders to mitigate losses. The role also involves optimal resource utilization, conducting risk assessments and process audits, and ensuring compliance with security policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Security Operations: Implementation and follow-up of Loss Prevention Plans in MDR.
2. Audits and Compliance: Conducting SLP audits, implementing SOPs, preparing documentation for audits, and conducting surprise checks with reporting.
3. Process Improvement & Loss Prevention Program: Reviewing processes, gap analysis, making improvements, conducting regular assessments, and managing loss prevention reporting based on stakeholder feedback.
4. Loss Prevention Analysis and Investigation: Analyzing weekly loss trends, identifying causes, conducting investigations in collaboration with stakeholders, and meeting investigation targets with timely report submissions.

Basic Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience and professional certification.
• 7-10 years of experience in Security and Loss Prevention, law enforcement, or security-related roles.
• Extensive knowledge of shrink management and data analysis.
• Experience managing or coordinating complex security investigations.
• Knowledge of information security processes and systems.
• Experience in security auditing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Loss Prevention experience.
• Investigation/Security certifications.
• Emergency Response and Crisis Management skills.
• Training and Development expertise.
