Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Security Analyst in Birmingham with a strong background in vulnerability response and governance. You will lead remediation efforts, drive platform security and work across engineering, operations and stakeholders to ensure audit readiness.

The role requires 9+ years of experience and expertise in CVSS, NIST, DORA, ISO 27001 and cyber defence, with a focus on automation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional experience in security analytics or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management and remediation processes.
• Experience with enterprise-scale security operations and automation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability response and remediation governance programmes.
• Drive platform stability, security and compliance objectives.
• Execute patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation and validation activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, security and business stakeholders.
• Support governance, reporting, audit readiness and continuous improvement.
