Provide comprehensive administrative support within the security assurance team.
Assist in the coordination and management of security documentation and records.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Support the preparation and review of security assurance reports.
Manage communication with suppliers regarding security requirements and protocols.
Assist in organising meetings, workshops, and reviews related to security assurance.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective security compliance.
Job Requirements:
Excellent organisation skills, with experience of using MS Excel and SharePoint.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt these skills to different circumstances and apply them across levels of the enterprise.
Data gathering and stakeholder management skills.
Experience of working within a Supplier security, cyber security or information security team or other cyber security experience.
Security Clearance:
This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct and/or indirect access to ITAR Material which means there are restrictions.
